Keeping you safe

We are doing everything we can to keep our teams and guests safe. Please support our efforts to enhance everyone’s safety by complying with government guidelines around social distancing and wearing a face covering whilst in public areas of the hotel. If you have any questions that are not covered below please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to discuss. All precautions are subject to change in line with government direction.

Social distancing measures

  • Face coverings are required in all public areas
  • Hand sanitising stations available in the lobby and public areas
  • Signage throughout the hotel reminding guests to maintain social distancing
  • One way systems in place in all public areas and dining outlets
  • Only one household in the lift at a time
  • Protective screen partitions in place at check-in desk to separate guests and front office team
  • Groups of more than six are not permitted indoors

Cleanliness

  • Enhanced cleaning of hotel in place using medical-grade disinfectant
  • Ventilation where possible
  • Front desk cleaned after every interaction
  • Housekeeping available on request if staying less than three days
